The International Conference on Atomic Layer Processing of Hybrid Materials (H-ALP26) was held in Rijeka, Croatia, from 2–4 September 2026. The conference brought together researchers working in atomic layer processing and hybrid materials for three days of scientific presentations, discussions, networking, and exchange of ideas.
